These terms cover the Teclo app for Mac and the website at teclo.app. Teclo is made and sold by AG ULTIMATE IT SOLUTIONS SRL(“we”). By using the app or the site you agree to them.

The app

Teclo plays keyboard sounds as you type and shows a small pet that reacts to your typing speed. It is sold as a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store.

Your licence

When you buy Teclo, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the Macs you own or control, as allowed by the Mac App Store's usage rules. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app alongside these terms.

Payments and refunds

Apple handles the purchase, the payment and any refund. To ask for a refund, use Apple's own process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Fair use

• Don't resell, rent or redistribute the app or its sound packs.
• Don't try to pass the app, its sounds, its name or its artwork off as your own.

The sounds on this website

The typing demo and its sounds are there so you can hear Teclo before you buy it. They aren't licensed for any other use.

No warranty

We work to keep Teclo reliable, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty beyond the ones the law requires, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app or the site.

Changes

We may update the app, the site and these terms. The current terms are always on this page, with the date they last changed.
